Who We Are

Kaman Ng is a passionate, results-oriented fundraising executive with over 20 years experience in the not-for-profit sector.

Over the course of her career, Kaman has held senior leadership positions with some of Canada’s most respected charitable brands and significantly elevated the organizations’ institutional capacity and impact.

Kaman has experience leading impactful fundraising teams through significant growth and change, raising upwards of $60M annually. She is grateful to be part of successful campaigns ranging from $10M to $200M, including BC Children’s Hospital Foundation’s Campaign for BC Children.

Most recently, she led a $100M capital campaign in support of a new acute care hospital in Southwest Ontario and successfully brought campaign revenue to $78 million within a 3-year period. She served as the organization’s chief fundraising strategist and secured pacesetting gifts, including the largest 7 & 8 figure gifts in the region’s history.

As a strategic thinker with a recognized ability to develop creative solutions to engage donors and elevate their giving sights, Kaman is proud to have partnered with subject matter experts and leadership volunteers in securing major and principal gifts that benefit multiple geographic regions.

Kaman takes great pride and joy in making a difference through relationship building and philanthropy. She is honoured to be a part of such a meaningful profession and takes time to coach and mentor other professionals in the art and science of fundraising.

It is a cause close to my heart. The opportunity to lead a campaign to establish Vancouver as a renowned center of excellence in Canada for dyslexia education, training and expertise, is incredibly exciting and rewarding.”
