Submit your application form through our myFA portal ($275.00 non-refundable application fee applies).

New users 

• Create an account
• Set your password
• Start your application form

Returning users

• Login to the online myFA portal using the email address used in previous years.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the red “Apply Another Child” button.
• Select your child’s name if they would like to re-apply (or add another family member’s name if applying for a sibling).
• Enter the year and grade your child will be re-applying to.
• Start your application form.

After submitting your online application form, you will be invited to log back into the online myFA portal to view your “checklist” and upload all additional supporting materials (see the FAQ section for a list of supporting documentation).

Applications will only be considered complete when all required supporting documentation has been submitted.

Note: For those seeking September 2027 entry, a psycho-educational assessment no older than 2024 is required to be submitted along with your application form. If you cannot fulfil this requirement, please contact Admissions to discuss your options and/or help you find a psychologist to carry out or update your assessment.

Following our internal review of your child’s completed application, shortlisted candidates who meet our preliminary entry requirements will receive an email inviting them to book a family visit, including interview and intake assessment. This will help us get to know each other better before making admissions decisions.

Admissions decisions will be shared within 1-2 months of your intake interview.

If your child is placed in a waitpool, they may be selected for acceptance at a later date in the admissions cycle (including mid-year) if a suitable opening subsequently becomes available.

Selection from the waitpool is based on best fit for our program and learning environment, not “first come, first served.” Therefore, applicants are encouraged to apply to Fraser Academy year round, even if a grade is full and/or already has a waitpool.
