Payment Options

The following options are available for making fee payments to Fraser Academy:

Direct Debit or Credit Card via myFA

Families may now pay Tuition and other expenses appearing on their statement of account via myFA directly using direct debit or credit card. No processing fees will apply if paying with direct debit. A 3% processing fee will apply if paying credit card (Mastercard or Visa accepted).

Online Banking

Pay your account online using your computer or telephone. This feature allows you to add Fraser Academy to your list of payees. Set up your account using the student name as registered with our school, with no spaces (e.g. JohnSmith). This feature is currently only available for credit unions, HSBC, BMO and Scotia Bank.

Wire Transfer

Wire transfers in Canadian dollars is accepted. Please contact the Business Office for the School’s bank information. Please ensure that your child’s name is referenced in the wire description to ensure timely and accurate posting to your account.

Interac e-Transfer

Cash is not accepted for payment of Tuition. Interac e-Transfers must be sent to accountspayable@fraseracademy.ca, with the student’s name referenced in the memo field and reason for payment.

Cheque

Those who select the Lump Sum payment plan may pay by cheque. Payments by personal cheque should be mailed to the school or delivered to the front desk. Please enclose student name and note payment allocation. Cheques should be made payable to Fraser Academy.

Cash

Cash is not accepted for payment of Tuition. Payments by cash can be made at our front desk on the 5th floor, to a maximum of $1,000 per school year.
