Woodcock Johnson Test of Achievement

Are you concerned your child’s reading, writing, or math might be below grade level? The Woodcock Johnson assessment is designed to measure your child’s current academic levels in oral language, reading, writing, spelling, and math. This will help you determine if your child would benefit from extra support and what areas your child’s school is recommended to target for intervention.
Comprehensive Test of Phonological Awareness (CTOPP-2) Assessment
Cost: $125
Phonological processing abilities play an important role in learning how to read and write. The CTOPP-2 is designed to measure your child’s ability to hear, produce, and manipulate the sounds of language, which are the foundation for reading and writing. Test results will provide insight on whether your child may benefit from remediation to develop their early reading and writing skills.
Comprehensive Executive Function Inventory (CEFI)
Cost: $175
The CEFI is a comprehensive behavior rating scale that measures a child’s ability to sustain attention, regulate emotions and behaviour, be flexible in thinking and problem solving, initiate tasks, organize ideas and materials, plan, and manage time effectively. Information from this test will help you determine which executive function skills your child may need to develop for future success in school and life.
