Valerie Neduha
Registrar, Spec. Ed. Coordinator, & First Aid/Medical Team Lead Email|604 736 5575Valerie Neduha joined Fraser Academy in 2008, and currently is the Special Education Coordinator, First Aid/Medical Team Lead, and Registrar. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at University of Toronto, with a Specialty in Anthropology. In 2018, she completed a Diploma in Special Education at the University of British Columbia, with a qualification in Level B psychological testing. Prior to coming to Fraser Academy, she worked in health and mental health research in university and hospital settings.
As Special Education Coordinator, she processes all Psycho-Educational Assessments, coordinates internal and external supports and creates IEP goals for students with additional designations. As First Aid/Medical Team Lead, she provides first aid for staff and students, and organizes all student medical information and staff training on first aid. As Registrar, she oversees student records, Ministry data/grades reporting, and assesses senior student accommodations.
Ms. Neduha is passionate about keeping up-to-date on current best practices and research. She enjoys the inclusive community at Fraser Academy and supporting student and employee wellness. She supports the Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) and participates annually in the Sun Run with our school team.
