Who We Are

Sarah Hoye obtained her Masters in Creative Arts Therapy (with Education) from Concordia University, PDP for teaching from Simon Fraser University and BFA from the University of Victoria. She worked and studied in England, France and Italy, and settled back in Vancouver in 1998 where she was raised.

She began working as a teacher in 2001 at York House School, West Point Grey Academy and the Richmond School Board. She is a highly dedicated teacher, inspiring her students to love learning and thrive.

Ms. Hoye joined Fraser Academy in 2018 when her son Andrew began Grade 3 at the school. She trained in Orton-Gillingham and has a natural affinity and passion for helping all learners. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, painting, yoga and Pilates.
