Who We Are

Ross Bailey is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the clean energy sector. He was a founder of Greenlight Innovation Corp., where he served as CEO and Managing Director for 15 years. Under his leadership, the company grew from a nine-person startup to a global organization of over 300 employees, culminating in a successful acquisition.

Prior to founding Greenlight, Ross held a range of technical and leadership positions in the hydrogen industry contributing to advancements in clean energy technologies.

Ross currently serves on the Board of Directors of H2 Ventures and H2 Portable plus has held board positions in several industry associations, including the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association and Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BC).

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Ross and his wife Stephanie have three boys, two of which have graduated from Fraser Academy and one is currently a student.
