Who We Are

Phil Bell graduated from Leeds University in 2003 with a BA (Honours) in Jazz. After beginning his educational career at Fraser Academy in 2020, he furthered his studies at the University of British Columbia and Thompson Rivers University. In addition to his work in education, Mr. Bell is an accomplished figure in the music industry, having been both nominated for and awarded CCMA and BCCMA honours.

With a wealth of industry experience, a positive attitude, and a flexible approach, Mr. Bell is committed to supporting Junior, Middle, and Senior students in their academic and personal growth.
