Nowmee Rahman embarked on her journey in psychology and counselling with a genuine passion for understanding and improving human behaviour. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Counselling and Human Development from Simon Fraser University.

Intrigued by the intricate workings of the human mind, Nowmee deepened her expertise by completing Level 1 of the Educational Therapy program certified by the National Institute for Learning Development (NILD), in association with Fraser Academy. This experience allowed her to make a significant impact on her students’ educational development.

Ms. Rahman’s dedication to community service shines through her role as an ASPIRE Caseworker at the Muslim Food Bank, where she supports newcomers’ integration into Canadian society. Her leadership roles at Simon Fraser University and in community organizations showcase her ability to inspire and lead.

With an unwavering passion for psychology and a lifelong dream of helping others, Nowmee Rahman is destined to make a meaningful impact in the field of counselling and human development.
