Garima Chauhan brings extensive experience in human resources, having partnered with both large retail organizations and educational institutions to build strong, people-focused workplaces. Her expertise spans recruitment, performance management, compensation and payroll, employee engagement, and policy development.

Ms. Chauhan holds an MBA with Honors from Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh Business School and is a CPHR candidate with CPHR BC & Yukon. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for introducing innovative HR initiatives, streamlining processes, and fostering positive workplace relations.

At Fraser Academy, Ms. Chauhan is focused on strengthening HR practices, supporting staff development, and ensuring policies and processes reflect both best practice and the school’s values. She is committed to building a collaborative environment where staff feel supported and equipped to succeed.
