Who We Are

Emily Skolsky joined the Fraser Academy team in 2017. She is a Fellow-in-Training of the Orton-Gillingham Academy (OGA), and graduated from the University of British Columbia where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Education. Ms. Skolsky began working one-to-one with students with learning differences in 2015 as a behavioural interventionist. Prior to this, she volunteered in Uganda and Thailand to teach English in schools and community centres. She is passionate about empowering students to thrive and become independent and resilient learners. Ms. Skolsky is delighted to work in such an uplifting community that inspires students to reach their potential.
