Who We Are

Caylin strives to bring a people-first approach to communications, shaped by her experience in both higher education and international classrooms. She previously worked with Simon Fraser University’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and the School for International Studies, where she created editorial and visual content, managed digital platforms, and supported events that connected communities.

Most recently, Caylin was part of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program, teaching high school students and developing engaging, accessible learning materials. Her time abroad strengthened her ability to communicate across cultures and translate complex ideas into meaningful, relatable stories.

She is especially drawn to work that highlights creativity, learning, and the unique strengths individuals bring to their communities.
