Who We Are

Alison Bailey studied Materials and Architectural Technology, with Education, at the University of Limerick, Ireland. In 2017, Ms. Bailey began teaching Woodwork, Graphics, Math, and Engineering in both England and Ireland. Since moving to Vancouver in 2022, Ms. Bailey has been a part of the FAx faculty as a Remedial Math Specialist, and a part of the Junior School staff as an Educational Assistant. She is currently a Math Remediation Specialist.

While working at Fraser Academy, Ms. Bailey has seen firsthand how students are taught to be resilient and open-minded. She admires the students in their ability to use these skills everyday!

Ms. Bailey enjoys kayaking, reading, and doing embroidery. She likes spending time outdoors – hiking and camping in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter.
